Hi, I’m Di, founder of Nirmaya Health and Wellness Coaching.

After 20+ years as a Registered Nurse, supporting people during some of life’s most vulnerable moments, I knew that true wellbeing was about more than managing symptoms.

That’s why I became a health coach: to help women reconnect with what matters most, make empowered choices, and gently move forward — even when life feels out of balance.

Health coaching is simply a conversation where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged — so you can work out what matters most and take small, achievable steps that help you feel better. There’s no program to follow or rules to meet — it’s tailored to you.

How we can work together

I offer one-on-one coaching designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We begin with a free 15 minute call, where we have a conversation about what’s feeling challenging for you.

If it feels like a good fit, we can continue with single sessions or a flexible package of three private coaching sessions, which can be spaced over 4 to 6 weeks — whatever pace feels best for you.

It’s a gentle, supportive way to start feeling better without pressure or overwhelm.
